Under Parent Resources Tab you will find the NYS Immunization Requirements for School Attendance (Pre-K and grades K thru 8).

Also note the following:

• Entering 6th grade – Tdap and #2 Varicella are required updates
• Entering 7th grade – Meningococcal vaccine is a required update

Students that do not provide the necessary documentation of up to date immunizations within fourteen days of the start of school will not be allowed to enter the school building. If you have any questions please contact your pediatrician or school nurse.
